Morning in the Forest (the “Company”) protects user privacy under Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act and processes related concerns in good faith.

1. Collected information

At booking: guest name, phone, email, check-in/out dates, party size, pet presence, payment method.

2. Purpose

Confirming reservations, payment guidance, check-in/out, refund handling, legal compliance.

3. Retention

Five years from completion of stay (E-commerce Act). Destroyed thereafter without delay.

4. Third-party sharing

Not shared without legal basis or separate user consent.

5. User rights

Access, correction, deletion, or processing-halt requests via KakaoTalk channel — handled within 7 business days.
