Terms of Service

These Terms govern the lodging reservation service provided by Morning in the Forest (the “Company”).

1. Booking and contract

A contract is formed when the guest submits the reservation form and the Company confirms payment.

2. Payment and refund

30% deposit at booking; 70% remainder 7 days before check-in. Refund: 100% if cancelled 7+ days before check-in, 70% at 5 days, 50% at 3 days, 0% within 1 day.

3. Check-in / out

Check-in 15:00 · Check-out 11:00. Late check-out available as an add-on.

4. House rules

No smoking, loud noise, damage to garden plants. Pets only in the Fern villa.

5. Liability

The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, power outages, traffic disruptions, or events outside its control.
